When does the year start?

When the code is redeemed, not when you buy it. So buying months ahead of a birthday is fine.

What if they already subscribe?

The year starts the moment the code goes in, so if they are already paying for one it would overlap. Tell us and we will refund the gift card.

iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and Apple TV.

How long does a video message take?

Three weeks from when you send us the details. If you need it by a particular date, reach out first to see if it's possible.
